Unfortunately our stay with Phil coincided with the start of lockdown and we couldn’t even begin our stay with him. However, his understanding of our situation and kindness throughout was incredible and, once the world returns to normal, we will certainly be back in touch with him. Thank you Phil.

We stayed in Phil’s stylish flat whilst visiting Norwich. It has a great location, just a nice walk away from the city centre, would highly recommend!

From the beginning it was great. The instructions to find the flat were fantastic, the directions and pictures were great. Having a parking space in a private car park was good, it felt very safe. Apartment itself was very clean, lots of towels, and had everything we needed. Impressed with the extra touches like milk and teabags. Great location to Norwich city centre. Would recommend to anyone I know.

Comfortable flat close to the city centre but in a quiet residential street. The flat was very clean and well equipped and Phil made the check in process very easy, and was very helpful with any questions and requests I had

A great little apartment ideally situated for exploring Norwich with just a 20 minute walk to the centre. A well stocked Co-op is just 2 minutes walk away and very good real ale pub (The Fat Cat) is just round the corner. The apartment was very comfortable with everything we needed and we would definitely recommend it!

Great place & value for money! Walking distance to the city and also right side of town to visit the Broads. Phil was a great host and was quick to respond to my enquiries. Will definitely book again. Thank you!
